This batch of Champ Knives will be finished production around six (6) to eight (8) months after your purchase. We will ship your order when the product is ready.

All Champ Knives product will get Lifetime Warranty. We will exchange the product in case of defects in material and workmanship.

Damages due to normal wear and tear, improper use dismantling and other alteration are not covered by the warranty.

You have a period of 30 working days, from receipt of goods, in which to ask for an exchange or a refund.

Damaged goods are not taken back or refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Personalized or engraved items do not qualify for exchangeable or refund.

You must return your items by post at your own charge to Champ Knives office at the following address: LOT 185H, JALAN JURUTERA,

In the event of a refund, the returned items are refunded that the above conditions have been respected. The refund will be made using the same method of payment within 14 days of receive the goods in our office.

First and foremost, please note that all of Champ Knives products are available via PREORDER only. When purchasing our product, please refer to the product notes before proceed. Our delivery time is Six (6) to Eight (8) months after your purchase.

If after Eight (8) months, we have and extension period of 60 Days, after that period of time, if the product didn’t ship to customer, we will give full refund. This is the exception  to refund during the wait on PREOrders items.
